Our mission is to help brands worldwide to enhance their return on advertising spend (ROAS) and minimise ad wastage through the adoption of a media transformation framework.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a remote contract role for a Media Director (UK Remote). The Media Director will serve as a pivotal figure in our organisation, playing a crucial role in business relationship management, account management, consulting, team leadership, and sales strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their business needs and aligning our services to meet these requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and guidance to enhance client business outcomes.
- Account Management:
- Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and maintaining the highest standards of client care.
- Monitor account performance, conducting regular reviews and reporting on key metrics.
- Consulting Services:
- Lead consulting engagements, including media agency pitch management and auditing services.
- Provide expert advice and actionable recommendations to clients to optimize their media strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Team Management:
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure project deadlines and client expectations are met.
- Drive professional development within the team, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.
- Lead sales pitches and proposals, leveraging deep industry knowledge to win new contracts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative service offerings that meet market demand.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 10+ years of experience in advertising media, preferably from a media agency or media auditor background
- Skilled in effective client and team management
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage media auditing, media pitch, and media tracking projects
- Proficient with both offline and online media
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Self-motivated, creative, and flexible with the ability to perform well under pressure
- Impeccable written English with strong report writing skills
- Proven analytical ability, with a sense of curiosity and love of learning
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Sharp attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple projects
