Yes. Some of our clients prefer to involve their media agency within the process, especially to collect all the necessary information needed for the audit. That's absolutely fine with us.

We normally give one week for our clients to provide us the requested information for the EXPRESS option, and two weeks for the COMPREHENSIVE option. But we are flexible and considerate with our clients' needs and circumstances. So if you need more time to collect the required information, we can incorporate the extra time in our planning. Although this would impact on the delivery time of our report.

Our Independent Media Review COMPREHENSIVE audit will cover all campaigns, for all media, for a period of 12 months. As such, our workload will be significantly impacted by the size of the advertiser. Our fees for a small advertiser will a total annual media budget below €10M is €15K. Our fees increase based on the size of the advertiser annual media budget, as per the table below:

Our fees do not included travel expenses. However, we can conduct all the interviews and meetings remotely using MS Teams or Zoom platforms, especially during the COVID-19 crisis since travel is restricted.
